Main goals:
- To bridge the gap between transitional and developed economies in farm management information & knowledge;
- Generating and disseminating farm management information & knowledge among different players of agriculture (agricultural producers, farm managers, agricultural and rural development professionals, advisors, trainers, education specialists etc.).
Major activities:
- Initiating and implementing R & D in farm management;
- Transfer and exchange of knowledge and information in farm management (publications, congress proceedings, case studies etc.);
- Organizing domestic and international farm management events (conferences, workshops, seminars, adult training, etc.);
- Adaptation of advanced technologies in farm management;
- Membership in the International Farm Management Association IFMA (UK, Reading, www.ifmaonline.org ).
